This page covers both the property and this website. We would rather tell you plainly what works and what does not than claim everything is accessible and have you find out on arrival.
At the property
What works:
- Ground-floor rooms across the categories, reachable without stairs
- Level access to the restaurant, the pool deck, reception and the banquet areas
- A room with a wider bathroom door, available on request
- A doctor on call, with Ramnagar hospital roughly twenty minutes away
- Staff who will bring meals to the room or to a table you can reach comfortably
What to know in advance:
- Paths between buildings are outdoor and partly paved, with some gentle gradients
- The pool has steps rather than a hoist
- Jeep safaris involve a high step into an open vehicle over rough tracks, and the forest department sets the vehicles, not us
- Some nearby attractions, including Garjia Devi temple, involve substantial steps
Please tell us about access needs when you book rather than on arrival, so we hold the right room instead of the last one available.
On this website
The site is usable with a keyboard alone, with visible focus outlines throughout. Images carry alternative text, headings run in a logical order, colour contrast targets WCAG 2.1 AA, and the layout reflows to a single column on small screens without loss of content. Animation is limited and stops entirely if your device is set to reduce motion.
Known limitations: the map and the booking engine are third-party embeds whose accessibility we do not control, and the reel player is Instagram's. If either blocks you, call or WhatsApp us and we will do the same thing over the phone.
