Which one is actually right
Five categories is enough to be confusing. This is how the front desk would steer you on the phone.
Two of you, first visit
A Wilderness Room for the treeline, a Deluxe Room for the garden. Both sleep two at around 290 sq ft. Eight and four of them, so book early.
Two of you, marking something
A Saalora Suite. Ten of them, 416 sq ft, a sitting area apart from the bed and a door that opens into planting.
A couple with a child
A Luxe Room. 384 sq ft takes a third bed without the room closing in, and sixteen exist so availability is rarely the problem.
Three generations
A Saalora Family Suite. 726 sq ft, two bedrooms, and a door between them that closes at nine. Only five exist.
A group of friends
A run of Luxe Rooms on one side. Say it is one group and we will block them together.
A wedding or offsite
All forty-eight as a buy-out — roughly 120 to 140 residential guests depending on the mix.
The things we do not charge extra for
In every category
Air-conditioning, television, tea and coffee making, running hot water, daily housekeeping, free high-speed WiFi and in-room dining.
Included in the stay
Breakfast for everyone in the room, the pool, the gym, indoor and outdoor games, the kids' play area and free parking.
On request, at no charge
Cots and high chairs, early dinner service for families, ground-floor rooms and a room with a wider bathroom door.
