    Arrive, plenary, dinner

    Staggered arrivals with coach parking. Sessions in the hall with AV tested the day before, lunch outdoors, and a team activity in the afternoon. Dinner, unstructured.

  2. Day 2

    Breakouts and the drive home

    Breakfast, breakout sessions on the lawns, lunch, and departure after the final session. Extend to two or three nights on request.

  2. Rates vary by season, room mix and duration and are confirmed in a written proposal.
  3. A signed proposal and advance deposit hold the dates.
  4. Group safari slots need ID details 30 to 45 days ahead.
  5. GST is charged in addition and invoiced to your registered entity.
