Privacy Policy
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry or make a booking we collect what you give us: name, phone number, email address, travel dates, guest count and any preferences or requirements you share. For safari permits we additionally collect identification details required by the Uttarakhand forest department, and at check-in we collect identification as required by law.
This website also uses basic analytics to understand which pages are read. That data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare a quotation
- To process, confirm and service your booking
- To apply for safari permits on your behalf, where you have asked us to
- To meet legal obligations around guest registration and taxation
- To send you offers, but only where you have asked to receive them
Who we share it with
Only where necessary to deliver what you asked for: our booking engine provider, payment processors, and the forest department for permit applications. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertisers.
How long we keep it
Booking and financial records are retained for the period required by Indian tax and hospitality regulation. Enquiry data that does not result in a booking is retained for a reasonable period and then deleted.
Your choices
You can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where we are not required to retain it. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time. Write to us at the reservations address on the contact page.
Cookies
This site uses cookies to keep the booking form working and to understand which pages people read. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the booking flow may stop working if you do.
This policy is a working draft and should be reviewed by your legal advisor alongside your booking engine and analytics setup before launch.
