Every category includes air-conditioning, a television, tea and coffee making, running hot water and daily housekeeping.

Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are offered free where the day's occupancy allows. Direct bookings carry free cancellation up to 72 hours before arrival outside blackout dates. Wedding, group and buy-out contracts follow separate terms confirmed in writing.

Yes. High-speed WiFi covers the rooms, the restaurant and the banquet areas, and it is reliable enough to run a video call or a live conference presentation. Mobile signal varies by network and gets patchy toward the forest boundary.

Pets are not permitted, as the property shares a boundary with protected forest. Ground-floor rooms, the restaurant, the pool deck and the banquet areas are reachable without stairs, and we can assign a room with a wider bathroom door on request. About 250 km by road, or five to six hours via Hapur, Moradabad, Kashipur and Ramnagar. By train, Ramnagar station is 12 km away and we can send a car. The nearest airport is Pantnagar, though most guests fly into Delhi and drive.

Dhela is closest at about ten minutes, then Jhirna at twenty and Bijrani at forty. Permits are issued online by the Uttarakhand forest department and sell out early in season, so share the full name, age, ID type and ID number for every guest 30 to 45 days ahead. Our desk then arranges the permit, the jeep, the naturalist and a breakfast box.

November to February is cool and excellent for birding. March to mid-June brings the highest tiger sighting odds as animals move to water, though afternoons get hot. July to September is green, quiet and better value, with Dhela and Jhirna open while the core zones close for breeding season.

Yes. Two open lawns, a banquet hall of 27 by 58 feet with an 11 foot ceiling, and forty-eight rooms let you take the property as a full buy-out. The hall seats 150 theatre-style, 80 to 120 as a floating crowd, 80 cluster, 65 classroom and 40 U-shaped. Residential capacity is roughly 120 to 140 guests.

Yes, regularly. The hall takes plenaries with projector, sound and high-speed WiFi, the lawns take sessions that should not be indoors, and forty-eight rooms mean the whole team sleeps on site. We bill through a single point with GST invoicing.

Very. There is a fenced kids' play area, a shallow section in the pool, indoor and outdoor games, and a Family Suite with two bedrooms. Cots, high chairs and early dinners are available at no charge.
