The word wellness has been stretched far enough to mean almost nothing. What we run is narrower and more boring than the category suggests, which is precisely why it works.
What it is not
Not a medical programme. Not a detox, because your liver already does that. No calorie restriction, no fasting protocol, and nobody takes your phone at the gate. If you want a clinical programme under supervision, a dedicated facility is the right place and we will say so.
What it is
Three nights in the quietest rooms on the property, a consultation on arrival, a treatment a day built around what it finds, lighter plates, and a forest that does a surprising amount of the work unaided.
The structure exists mainly to remove decisions. Most people who need rest are perfectly capable of resting and simply never choose it when there are alternatives. Take the alternatives away and the rest happens.
The three days
Day one
Arrive, consult, and do nothing else of consequence. A treatment in the afternoon, an early lighter dinner, and a walk along the boundary as the light goes. Most guests sleep unusually well on the first night, which surprises them.
Day two
A walk before the heat, breakfast built around your consultation, a slower treatment at eleven, and an afternoon with nothing in it at all. That afternoon is the programme, not a gap in it.
Day three
A closing treatment, a slow breakfast, and a checkout that is not rushed. People leave calmer than they arrived, which sounds like the least impressive claim possible until you consider how rarely a holiday manages it.
Who this suits
- People who have been told to slow down and have not managed it at home
- Couples who want that without a group programme around them
- Anyone coming off a long work stretch who does not want a beach and a bar
- Guests who sleep badly and suspect the reason is upstream of the bedroom
Practical notes
Treatment rooms take singles or couples, and the spa runs 09:00 to 20:00 daily. Weekend and wedding-season dates fill early. The package needs three nights and seven days' notice so the kitchen can plan. Tell us about pregnancy, recent surgery or any condition when you book.
